For folks coming to Coronation this weekend, a few things to know about the site.
1) If you are in a cabin, there are 3 bunk beds for a total of 6 beds in each one. Each one has a camp mattress on it. You will want to bring bedding. Another option would be to bring an air matress for the floor.
2) There is power in every cabin. A single outlet near the door. If you, or multiple people in your party require electricity for sleeping, may I suggest a power strip and or an extension cord?
3) There are shutters on the windows, but not on the door. You may want to bring a spare small blanket or large towel to hang over the screen for privacy or heat retention at night.
4) People setting up tents may want to bring a rake to clear the area where you will be setting up your tent of twigs. Lots of the site are clear, but you might find that perfect spot and it needs a quick raking.
5) It is a wooded site with a new moon. If you have issues navigating at night, don't forget your flashlight.
6) Parents of small children should be aware that there is a lake. However, there is also a playground.
That's it for now. I'll update if I think of anything else.
Yours,
Avelina
